ORDINANCE NO. 90-205
An ordinance granting the franchise to Shelter Advertising of America, Inc., to erect
bus shelters with advertising in the City of Lauderhill; providing for an effective
date.
Be it ordained by the City of Lauderhill, Florida:
Section 1.
The agreement with Shelter Advertising of America, Inc., a copy of which is attached
hereto, is approved, ratified and authorized.
Section 2.
The mayor and all other appropriate city officials are authorized to execute the
attached agreement.
Section 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances, all resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed as to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 4.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
