§ 18. Notices.

Any and all notices required under this contract shall be deemed to have been given when placed in the United States mail, certified, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

or to such other addresses as the parties may in writing designate from time to time. Parties agree to give thirty (30) days' notification upon change of the name or address of any designee entitled to notice pursuant to this action.
