§ 19. Entire contract.

Latest version.

This contract contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties hereto; and no other contract, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter shall be deemed to exist to bind either of the parties hereto. Moreover, the contract may not be modified or amended except by a writing signed by both parties. Any and all modifications which do not require city council approval shall require the prior written approval of the mayor of the city.
