§ 15. Obtaining necessary approvals.

The company shall obtain any and all necessary county, state, federal or city approvals of licenses of any kind that might be required as a condition of installing the proposed shelters at bus stop locations within the city; provided, however, the city shall obtain any and all necessary approvals or licenses of any kind that might be required as a condition of installing the proposed shelters at bus stop locations on state roads. The cost of obtaining any such permits or licenses shall be borne by the company. The city will not charge the company for any required city permit.

The city shall work with the company to help ensure that illumination of the shelter units is accomplished by hooking into the nearest point of electricity primarily any street light that is located in close proximity to a shelter within the city.
