ORDINANCE NO. 94-132 An ordinance awarding the towing franchise to Westway Towing, Inc., for the term August 1, 1994 through July 31, 1996 with an option to renew by the City from August 1, 1996 through July 31, 1998. Be it ordained by the Commission of the City of Lauderhill, Florida: Section 1. The towing franchise agreement between the City of Lauderhill and Westway Towing, Inc., for the term August 1, 1994 through July 31, 1996, with an option to renew by the City from August 1, 1996 through July 31, 1998 is ratified and approved. Section 2. The Mayor and all appropriate City Officials are authorized to execute any Agreement and any other documents which may be required to fulfill the terms of this Ordinance. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances, all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed as to the extent of such conflict. y Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage. Dated this 25th day of July, 1994. Passed on first reading this 11th day of July, 1994.
