§ 2. Bus shelter fees payable to city.

In consideration of the right granted for the use of city property, the use of the sidewalks and other specific property uses allowed by the city, the company shall pay to the city, as provided in section 9, a fee generated from the signs placed upon the shelters by the company during the terms of the contract.
