§ 10. Payments.

Latest version.

All payments to the city will be made in advance on the anniversary date of the installation of said structures. Payments will be prorated to coincide with the city's fiscal year. Thereafter, the anniversary date is defined as the date the structure is fully illuminated by Florida Power & Light or through private hookups. Such information shall be provided to the city within one (1) week of illumination.
a.

All payments shall be promptly submitted to the City of Lauderhill Finance Director and shall designate the contract and the particulars of the payment. This includes a list of current shelter locations related to the said payment.

b.

Any unpaid balance of fees not paid when due shall bear an interest charge of eighteen (18) percent per annum until paid.
