§ 11. Term of the contract.

Latest version.

This contract shall become effective upon execution by the parties hereto and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of ten (10) years from the effective date herein. The contract shall be automatically renewed at the end of the ten-year period for an additional five-year period if there are no material defaults.
