§ 5. Installation of shelters.

The company agrees to install no more than fifty (50) new shelters at locations other than those locations set forth on Exhibit A during the term of this contract. The parties shall mutually agree as to the location of shelters to be installed up to the maximum number allowed. Nothing contained in this section or in any other provision of this contract shall be construed so as to require the company to construct and install more than fifty (50) additional shelters in the city during the original term hereof. All bus shelters installed during the term of the contract shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the South Florida Building Code or other applicable technical codes and shall only be installed at existing Broward County Transit stops.
