§ 22. Attorneys' fees.

The prevailing party in any litigation arising from the contract shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs at the trial and appellate level.

In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this contract on the date and year first abovementioned and have agreed to be bound hereby.
