Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 9-8. Barbecue grills and outside cooking devices.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful to operate barbecue grills and similar cooking devices intended for use outdoors, on balconies, terraces and porches of multiple-family dwellings and in any parking garage or on a below-ground level floor of any building. All such cooking devices shall be used outside only and shall be positioned a minimum of ten (10) feet from the outside building line or overhang.
