§ 9-8. Barbecue grills and outside cooking devices.

  • It shall be unlawful to operate barbecue grills and similar cooking devices intended for use outdoors, on balconies, terraces and porches of multiple-family dwellings and in any parking garage or on a below-ground level floor of any building. All such cooking devices shall be used outside only and shall be positioned a minimum of ten (10) feet from the outside building line or overhang.
