Ord. No. 79-108, adopted June 13, 1979, enacted comprehensive sign regulations, codified herein as Ch. 17½. Section 20 of said ordinance repealed former § 8-8, which pertained to campaign signs and was derived from Ord. No. 79, § 1, adopted Sept. 13, 1965; and Ord.
