Editor's note

Former § 8-9, which prohibited city employees from campaigning or making campaign contributions, was repealed by § 1 of Ord. No. 82-163, enacted Dec. 13, 1982. The repealed provisions derived from Ord. No. 143, § 1, enacted Sept. 28, 1970.
