§ 7½-24. Legal counsel.

(a)

The city attorney shall act as city prosecutor for the city. The city prosecutor or the code enforcement officer shall represent the city by presenting cases before the enforcement board.

(b)

The enforcement board shall be advised and represented by the code enforcement board attorney.
