Chapter 7½. CODE ENFORCEMENT |
Article II. CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD AND OFFICERS |
§ 7½-23. Exclusive and joint jurisdiction.
(a)
Exclusive jurisdiction. The county court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the following chapters of the City Code of Ordinances:
(1)
Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages.
(2)
Chapter 5, Boats and Waterways.
(3)
Chapter 9, Fire Protection and Prevention.
(4)
Chapter 14, Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions.
(5)
Chapter 15, Parks and Recreation.
(6)
Chapter 20, Traffic.
(7)
Chapter 21, Water and Sewer Service.
(b)
Joint jurisdiction. The code enforcement board and the county court shall have joint jurisdiction over the remainder of the chapters of the Code of Ordinances and the city land development code.
