Editor's note

Section 1 of Ord. No. 98O-11-169, adopted November 23, 1998, deleted §§ 21-35 and 21-36. Formerly, said sections pertained to the permit fee for construction of sewers and approval of site drainage plans, respectively, and derived from Ord. No. 113, §§ 6, 7, adopted April 14, 1969.
