Former § 21-22 pertained to fire hydrant spacing and flow requirements, was repealed by § 1 of Ord. No. 90-151, adopted Aug. 13, 1990, and derived from Ord. No. 112, adopted Apr. 14, 1969; Ord. No. 80-165, adopted Nov. 10, 1980; and Ord. No. 85-107, adopted Feb. 11, 1985.
