§ 21-20. Sprinkling or propelling water onto roadways prohibited; penalty.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to allow a water sprinkling devise or an automatic water sprinkling system to operate in such a manner that water is sprinkled or propelled onto a roadway causing a safety hazard for vehicular traffic.

    (b)

    Failure to correct said problem within ten (10) days after receiving notice of violation of this section shall be punished by the imposition of a fine, in an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
