§ 2.01. Boundaries defined.
The corporate boundaries of the City of Lauderhill shall be set forth by ordinance. The corporate limits or boundaries of the City of Lauderhill are hereby established by Ordinance Number 08O-07-129, [and amended by Ordinance Number 10O-08-145,] as designated in the following Legal Description and accompanying sketches:

Thence on said municipal boundary of the City of Tamarac according to Ordinance 72-21, East on the North line of said Section 23 to the Northeast corner of said Section 23;
Thence continue East on said municipal line and on the North line of said Section 24 to the intersection with the East right of way line of the Florida Turnpike (Sunshine State Parkway), said point being on the Westerly Corporate limits of the City of Lauderdale Lakes according to Ordinance 104;
Thence Southerly on said Westerly Corporate limits of the City of Lauderdale Lakes and the East right of way line of the Florida Turnpike (Sunshine State Parkway) to the intersection with the North line of the North one-half (N ½) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW ¼) of said Section 24;
Thence Southerly on the said East right of way line of the Florida Turnpike (Sunshine State Parkway), said line also being on the West line of the North one-half (N ½) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW ¼), to the intersection with the South line of the North one-half (N ½) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW ¼) of said Section 24;

Thence continue South on said municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill and on said East line of Section 31, to the intersection with the centerline of Sunrise Boulevard; said point being on the municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill, as established by Ordinance 100-01-100 of the City of Lauderhill;
The next two (2) courses being on the municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill, as established by said Ordinance 100-01-100 of the City of Lauderhill;

Thence continue South on said East line of Section 31, to the Southeast corner of said Section 31 and the Northeast corner of said Section 6;

Thence Southerly on the centerline of Northwest 31st Avenue as shown on, THUNDERBIRD SWAP SHOP III, according the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 20 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, to a point on the municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill, as established by Resolution 04-10-217, Laws of Florida;
Thence continue South on said centerline of Northwest 31st Avenue and said municipal boundary to a point on the municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill as established by House Bill 1355 of the City of Lauderhill;
Thence South on said centerline of Northwest 31st Avenue and said municipal boundary to a point on the municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill as established by Ordinance No. 050-11-209 of the City of Lauderhill, said point being on the North line of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW ¼), of the Southwest One-Quarter (SW ¼), of the Northwest One-Quarter (NW ¼) of said Section 5;
Thence Southerly along said centerline to a point of intersection with the East line of said section 6;
Thence South on said East line to the intersection with the North right-of-way line of Broward Boulevard and the boundary of the City of Fort Lauderdale as described in Chapter 69-1057, Laws of Florida;
Thence West on said North right-of-way line to the Northerly extension of the West right-of-way line of SW 31st Avenue;
Thence South on said Northerly extension to a point on the South line of said Section 6, said point being on the municipal boundary of the City of Fort Lauderdale, as established by Chapter 2001-291, Laws of Florida;
Thence West on said South line of Section 6 and on said municipal boundary to the intersection with the Southerly prolongation of the East line of the West 90 feet of Lot 11, Block 2 of BROWARD ESTATES SECTION 1, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 3, Public Records of Broward County, Florida, said point being on the municipal boundary of the City of Lauderhill, as established by House Bill 1071, Laws of Florida 2008 Legislature;
