§ 24. Acceptance of Franchise.

Latest version.

Within sixty (60) days from the effective date of this ordinance, company shall file its written acceptance of this ordinance and franchise with the clerk of the City of Lauderhill, or else this ordinance shall be null and void. Upon its written acceptance by company, this ordinance and franchise shall constitute a contract between the city and company and shall be binding upon both.
