§ 9-19. Inspections.

The fire department shall have the duties and responsibilities for the following:
(1)

Code enforcement pursuant to Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, and all provisions of the Code relating thereto; and

(2)

The administration and enforcement of the Florida Fire Prevention Code and all city building codes.
