§ 9-5. Special assessments and collection of fees for fire protection inspections on new construction.

Latest version.

The building department of the City of Lauderhill shall collect such fees as promulgated by the city council, prior to the issuance of a building permit. Said fees shall be for the cost of inspections by the fire department on all new construction along with continuing fire protection for said new construction.
