§ 9-10. Visibility and access to fire hydrants, standpipe and automatic sprinkler system connections.

No fire hydrant, standpipe or automatic sprinkler system connection shall be substantially obscured from the adjacent roadway or accessway by plantings, walls, fences, berms or other form of visual screening; and further, no visual screening shall be placed to any point within eight (8) feet of the front and sides or four (4) feet behind such equipment.
