§ 2-191. State Road 7 Community Redevelopment Agency established.

A community redevelopment agency for the State Road 7 Redevelopment Area of the city, which shall have all the rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities vested by Part III of the Community Redevelopment Act, Chapter 163, F.S., is hereby established. The State Road 7 community redevelopment agency shall be a separate, distinct and independent legal entity and shall be known as "The City of Lauderhill State Road 7 Community Redevelopment Agency" and may be referred to in the City's Code of Ordinances as the "State Road 7 CRA".
