§ 2-190. Declaration of intent.

It is the intent of the city to create the State Road 7 Community Redevelopment Agency and to prepare and adopt a community redevelopment plan in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the City of Lauderhill Resolution No. 04R-06-91 and the Broward County Resolution, together with the purposes of Part III of the Community Redevelopment Act, F. S. Chapter 163, as may be amended from time to time.
