§ 2-192. Definitions.

(a)

"Board" shall mean the governing body of the community redevelopment agency.

(b)

"Community redevelopment plan" shall mean the plan for redevelopment adopted by the City Commission of the City of Lauderhill pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of F.S. § 163.360.

(c)

"Member" or "board member" shall mean the individuals appointed by the City Commission of the City of Lauderhill as the commissioners composing the board as provided by F.S. § 163.385 and this division.

(d)

"State Road 7 Community Redevelopment Area" shall mean the area portrayed on exhibit "A" a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, legally described in the community redevelopment plan, and subject to a resolution of necessity, adopted as Resolution 04R-06-91 by the City of Lauderhill on June 14, 2004.

(e)

"State Road 7 CRA" shall mean the community redevelopment agency established by the City Commission of the City of Lauderhill pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
