Ord. No. 79-108, adopted June 13, 1979, enacted comprehensive sign regulations, codified herein as Ch. 17½. Section 20 of said ordinance repealed former § 18-3 which pertained to street identification signs and was derived from Ord. No. 407, § 2, adopted Nov. 25, 1974.
