§ 8.04. Bonding.

The commission shall determine by resolution which officers, clerks or employees shall be bonded and the amount thereof. Commission approval of the bond must be received prior to any performance of duties by the respective officer, clerk or employee to be bonded. The bond shall cover the faithful performance of duties and shall be payable to the city.
