§ 8.01. Appointments and termination.

The commission shall appoint and terminate the city attorney and the city clerk. Four votes shall be required for appointment. Three votes shall be required for termination. An interim city clerk or interim city attorney may be appointed or removed by three votes of the commission. The commission shall conduct an annual performance review of the city attorney and the city clerk in accordance with the process established by resolution.
