§ 9-49. Storage of materials.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to store or maintain upon any premises, or in any building, or on any vacant land within three hundred (300) feet of any improved property, except in compliance with state law, any combustible or explosive matter, dangerous accumulations of rubbish, unnecessary accumulations of waste, paper, boxes, shavings, or highly flammable materials.
(b)
Any structure containing Class 3 material, as defined in the Florida Fire Prevention Code consisting of combustible or explosive matter, dangerous accumulations of rubbish, unnecessary accumulations of waste, paper, boxes, shavings or highly flammable materials, pursuant to the requirements herein, shall have placed thereon a warning on each door of said structure, with letters at least two (2) inches high that says "Warning, Combustible or Explosive Matter is Store Within This Building".
