§ 6-6. Building permit—Required.

Building permits shall be required in accordance with those provisions contained in Florida Building Code, Section 104.1, (General, Exception Number 2). No permit shall be required, for general maintenance or repairs which do not change the occupancy and the value of which does not exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) in labor and material as determined by the building official.
