§ 6-2.1. Compliance with all handicapped parking and building code provisions required.

(a)

Compliance with all parking and building code provisions that apply to facilities for the handicapped as required by city Code, state and county law shall be required within six (6) months of the effective date of this section.

(b)

Without the payment of any fee, any property owner may apply for a variance with regard to the above if said owner has not complied and can show entitlement to a variance under the city Code.
