§ 4-28. Vaccination and license tags required of all dogs and cats.

Every person owning any dog or cat within the city shall assure that such dog or cat had been vaccinated and tagged as required by all applicable state laws and Broward County Ordinances, and the failure of such person to assure compliance with applicable laws and ordinances shall constitute a violation of this article, punishable as set forth in section 4-26.
