§ 2-242. Creation of specific named district, boundaries, size.

The Habitat Safe Neighborhood Improvement District, being the best alternative for the geographic area approved by the city commission and consistent with the comprehensive plan, is hereby created pursuant to Article VIII, Safe Neighborhood Improvement Districts, Division 1, Generally, and F.S. ch. 163, known as the Safe Neighborhood Act, and specifically F.S. § 163.506, local government neighborhood improvement districts. The district boundaries are described generally as follows:

Tracts A and B of L.D.C. Estates, as recorded in the Broward County Plat Book 75, Page 31, as depicted specifically in the map below:
