§ 2-4. Use of city facilities, properties by entities for profit.

  • (a)

    Lease required. The use of any facility or property of the city by an entity for profit shall be by a written lease approved by resolution of the city council or by ordinance if required by the terms of the city Charter.

    (b)

    Information required of lessee. Upon submittal of said lease for consideration by the city council, the applicant should submit pro forma data and information that will show the revenue expected to be derived from the use of the city's facility or property as well as the amount of rental proposed to be paid by the city.

    (c)

    Entity for profit. "Entity for profit," as used in this section, shall mean any individual, organization, corporation or partnership in business for profit.
