§ 2-3.5. Same—Expense payments for members.

(a)

The payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting attended shall be paid to all members in good standing (excluding elected officials of the city) of any city board or committee. This payment shall be deemed to be a travel expense stipend and shall not be considered to be "compensation" as may be otherwise referenced throughout this Code.

(b)

In addition to the aforesaid expense payment the examiner of the civil service board shall receive the expense payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per examination conducted by said examiner.

(c)

The aforesaid payment shall be made every three (3) months.
