§ 20-53. Courtesy warning notice period.

An owner shall receive a courtesy warning notice of violation of this article no less than the first thirty (30) days after the installation and operation of any traffic control signal monitoring system/device. After the courtesy warning notice period of no less than thirty (30) days, owners are subject to the enforcement provisions provided herein. No fines or points shall be assessed during a courtesy warning notice period.
