§ 19-44. Applicability of general laws.

Such assessment and collection shall be subject to all of the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Florida and all of the laws of the State of Florida pertaining to the levy of taxes by municipalities located within the State of Florida and the assessment of real and personal property and the collection of taxes thereon within municipalities located in the State of Florida.
