§ 18-17. Barricades and warning signals.

Latest version.

Any person reconstructing or repairing any sidewalk shall protect such construction by means of barricades and lights and maintain the same during the period of the construction work.

Section 3 of Ordinance No. 95-12, adopted May 8, 1995, repealed § 18-17 in its entirety. Formerly, § 18-17 pertained to sidewalks reconstructed or repaired contrary to Art. II and derived from Ord. No. 78-116, § 7, adopted June 13, 1978. Sections 4 and 5 of Ord. No. 95-12 renumbered §§ 18-18 and 18-19 as §§ 18-17 and 18-18.
