§ 18-13. Sidewalk width, material, grade, etc.; shall be as prescribed and approved by the city.

The width of each sidewalk, the material to be used in its reconstruction or repair, the grade thereof and the method and manner of reconstruction and repair shall be as required by the city engineer, or his designee, of the city, which specifications are set forth in the attached Exhibit "A"* which exhibit is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
