§ 18-1. Street lighting required; condition precedent to certificate of occupancy.

Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy the building inspector shall make adequate inspection of any construction or development and determine that the developer or builder has made adequate provision for street lighting adjacent to the construction in which the builder or developer is involved.

No certificate of occupancy shall be issued following the completion of any construction or development within the city unless the building inspector determines that adequate provision has been made from overhead or underground electric power supply for the installation by the city of adequate street lighting.
