§ 17-23. Rules and regulations.

Special duty by police personnel shall be subject to rules and regulations, which shall be promulgated from time to time by the chief of police. These rules and regulations shall control eligibility for assignment to special duty, conduct during special duty assignment, and other matters relating to special duty.
