§ 17-22. Requests for services by residents/businesses.

Residents of the city or businesses located in the city may make a written request for special duty police personnel. If the chief of police determines that the request is appropriate, those personnel who have volunteered for special duty assignment may be assigned to special duty on a rotating basis.
