§ 14-101. Appeals.
(a)
Any person aggrieved by the action of the chief of police or the city in the denial of an application for a permit, as provided in section 14-96, or in the decision to revoke a permit, as provided in section 14-98, shall have the right to appeal to the city commission.
(b)
Such appeal shall be taken by filing a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal with the city clerk within fourteen (14) days after the decision by the code board has been made.
(c)
The city shall set a time and place for the hearing on such appeal and notice of such hearing shall be given to the appellant in the same manner as provided in section 14-98 for notice of hearing on revocation. The decision and order of the city commission on such appeal shall be final and conclusive.
