§ 14-84. Revocation of permit.

(a)

A permit may be revoked at any time by the code compliance division if it has reason to believe that:

(1)

The grounds for issuing the permit no longer exists;

(2)

The permittee is operating in violation of this article or in violation of state law; or

(3)

The permit was secured by fraud or misrepresentation.

(b)

The operator or lessor shall cease to operate any bingo games or lease to bingo operators on the date of revocation of the permit.

(c)

The permittee shall be given written notice specifying the reasons for revocation concurrently with the revocation. The notice shall be given by United States Mail or by hand delivery.
