§ 14-85. Maintenance of records.
(a)
Each operator shall maintain adequate records at the place where the bingo game or games is operated for a minimum of three (3) years of the daily bingo activity on a per-game basis, which shall include:
(1)
Gross game receipts and all income from any source, including, but not limited to, admission charges;
(2)
All payout for prizes, whether in cash or merchandise;
(3)
Any and all operating expenses; and
(4)
Net proceeds.
These records shall be made available for immediate inspection by the city at reasonable times during normal business hours, including while bingo games are in progress.
(b)
Each lessor shall maintain records for a minimum of three (3) years of all income and expenses from such leases or rentals or other source relating to bingo games, and they shall require their operator to furnish information to them as enumerated in paragraph 14-85(a) on a monthly basis for all bingo activity on their premises. All such records shall be made available to the city for immediate inspection during normal business hours.
(c)
Each lessor shall maintain records for a minimum of three (3) years of all operators who receive income from the lessor and the amount of income paid to the operator and received from the operator. These records shall be made available to the city for immediate inspection during normal business hours and shall be submitted to the city annually upon reapplication for a permit.
(d)
Each lessor shall immediately inform the code compliance division whenever it adds a new operator or eliminates an existing operator.
