§ 14-78. Liability.

The city police department shall be under no obligation to respond to any message or signal transmitted in violation of this article, and the city, the city police department, the chief of police of the city, and all officers, employees and agents of the city shall not be liable, either civilly or criminally, for any failure to so respond.
