§ 12-64. Penalty for violation.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions in this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
