§ 12-58. Changes in terminology relative to Local Business Tax Act (formerly Occupational License Tax Act).

Where there is a reference to "Occupational License Tax Act" anywhere else in this Code or the Land Development Regulations ("LDR"), the Code or LDR shall be read to mean "Local Business Tax Act" in its stead, and any reference to "occupational license tax certificate" or "license" shall be read to mean "local business tax receipt" and/or "certificate of use," as applicable.
