§ 11-1. County ordinance adopted.

(a)

The minimum hygiene standards for food establishments of the city shall be those standards that are set forth in Ordinance No. 75.43 of Broward County, Florida.

(b)

The provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 75.43 shall be enforced in accordance with the manner set forth in said ordinance.

(c)

The city council herein fully adopts all the provisions of Ordinance No. 75.43 of Broward County, Florida.
